Now you have spent a lot to buy your new an iPhone. In the course of using, it stucks at one place and refuse to obey your commands. This means it has frozen. it’s very frustrating when it happens this way. And in most cases, your iPhone freezes when you need it most. You really will miss a lot of things if it happens so.
Now, I’m going to show you how to wake up your iPhone in case it freezes. But before that, I think it’s better to know what causes iPhone(s) to freeze. I want you to know this in order that you may avoid doing them again. You spent so much for your iPhone so you should be well kept.
WHAT CAN CAUSE AN iPHONE TO FREEZE
Your iPhone will not freeze for no reason. There are causes that makes it freeze. A common cause is when you have no enough free space. The fact that your iPhone has 16, 32 and 64 GB storage space doesn’t guarantee unending storage. There are limits to it. When your device storage nears full, it can cause your iPhone to slow down, worse still, freezes. This has happened to me many many times.
A solution to this is to free up some space by deleting unnecessary apps, music, pictures, videos and anything else to give enough space.
The second cause it could be when your battery goes critically low. We are stuck so much with our iphone to the extent that we don’t want to leave it alone to charge. Even when it’s on charge, we are still using it. But it’s the charging that gives it power to continue working. A battery hungry phone is like a hungry man. It’s weak and… It’s the power that gives it energy to perform.
The last cause I want to bring to your notice is a software problem, which many might not notice. It’s the software that makes the phone run. Having an outdated software can cause your phone to behave unpredictability. It is a good advice to frequently update your iphone.
Now that you know what can cause your iPhone to freeze, let’s move on to the main topic; How To Fix A Frozen iphone, for that’s why you’re reading this post.

Second remedy, is to do a restart of your iPhone. Or simply, switching it off and on again to start working freshly. Hold down the Sleep/Wake up button on the top of your iPhone. You should see a res slider appear on the screen. Slide, to power it off. Wait for 5 seconds, then power it on again. Else, keep reading…
The last method is to do a reset of your iPhone. You do this if your iPhone refuses to power off as I said earlier/did not work for you. The word restart may sound scary to you but you don’t have to worry for your data will not be affected. Everything’s gonna stay intact.
How to do it? Hold down the Home button and the Sleep/Wake up button at the same time. Keep holding for at least 10 seconds and you should see the apple logo appears on your screen. You can now release them as your iPhone prepares for a restart. Your iPhone should work normally after that.
